Champion is not fixed. He’s worse than before.

Has gone unstoppable every attempt. Some attempts multiple times. And when I did remove the charges he stopped taking damage at 9%.

Not dealing that 1% damage to him to bring him from 10% to 9%. That alone shows that the interaction is bugged.
I got him down to 1% earlier today 🤦‍♂️. SS special didn’t kill him
you only get 3 prowess instead of 5 now unless you go for for the extra charges. He is not like the grandmaster, he prowesses are what let you kill him with an SP.
Even at 3 prowess, you specials should kill him no problem.
I am not sure 3 prowess will get you to 50k damage, especially considering we dont know what SP we are talking about.

Maybe not the sp1, but Sym’s Sp2 and Sp3 certainly should. Then again, I’ve been using a 6r3 for my most recent testing against the champion. Though even when he was r2 (roughly a 5/65 equivalent) he was reliably hitting for 30K plus special twos without the prowess during Set’s Fang.

Just found out the hard way that this fight is still bugged or not nerfed.

Don’t bother doing the fight. It’s definitely still bugged. Lost items testing it. Wait until the full nerf of Act 6 is complete before even bothering with it again.

I killed him today. Been a while since I fought him so I can’t remember what it was like last time.

I fought him with unblockable for first 6 seconds and spite.

I went into the fight and he immediately started with an unstoppable buff. When it expired he got another one pretty quickly, maybe a second or two later plus multiple furies. I died as I couldn’t block or intercept.

Second attempt same thing.

Third attempt he did not start unstoppable and I was able to get him down about 50%. Can’t remember exactly how I died but it caught be off guard and I wasn’t sure what happened. Maybe have been a mistake on my part or a bug. The fight seemed really strange. A lot of strange AI behaviour too so. I didn’t feel like the fight had a good flow.

When I got him to 10%, I had a hell of a time as he kept going unstoppable right away and repeatedly, not giving me an opportunity to put up a stagger (was using doom). Eventually, he did a heavy attack and wasn’t unstoppable and I was able to stagger him. After that it was cake.

He can't go down to 9% it's impossible. It's definitely a bug.

Once you get 3 prowess charges, you are supposed to use a special attack to kill him.. otherwise he will only take damage from DOT. His description describes it better..
As you can see, your bleed debuffs took him down to 9% but you died right after getting 3 charges.. must be the block damage that killed you.

Don’t leave the unblockable up either after the 6 seconds he was still unblockable and killed me a few times.

I did this fight to see how Much easier it is.

The answer is it is beyond easy. You can now block all with specials with Capiw, just evade last bit and get the charges off. I lost about 25% health.. and then finished him with a single lvl3.

Basically anyone can do this fight now, takes 0 skill and u don’t even have to try and dodge/dex anymore, just stand there and block/evade..

There is no way a SS Level 1 would do 50k damage.

I wish they nerf act 6.1 too because being cavalier is more important nowadays but still, I try my best I am in act 6.1.2

He is supposed to start the fight unstoppable when at 100% health, that’s his abilities. Other aspects of the fight might be bugged, this isn’t.

I just did a clear again to see how he feels after the nerf. Aside from it being significantly easier, I didn’t notice any bugs with Sym supreme at all. He was going unstoppable at the correct times, my staffers removed the unstoppables

it appears the staggers nullified the unstoppable like it should but not before the unstoppable broke the tupor effect of being attacked, maybe a timing bug where stagger is not removing it fast enough
