I’m getting a lot of missed first hits with his Sp1 since the update. I don’t see this acknowledged as a know bug anywhere, but it results in the entire special being blocked (and usually a reciprocal combo to the face).

I think I saw that also, but I can’t find it. I suspect it got memory-holed to the Bugs page.
