So it seems that the basic non-hellfire damage has been severely reduced. It's well below what it should be so I think it's a bug.

    May be a node or a form of energy resist. On nodes that reduce incoming damage it could happen

    During the sp2 the damage on a r2 6* on winter soldier is much lower than usual. As low as 300 for some of the base hits.

    Can we know what fight you were doing when you noticed this? Also any visuals would be super helpful!

    That's just the poison damage, not the direct damage from the hellfire instance

    Thats sp2 damage its quite low unless ur in hellfire or crit seems normal to me

    I know the basic damage on the sp2 is quit low but this is lower than usual for a r2 6*.

    Yeah been watching vids... it looks low to me but everyone seems to be disagreeing so I'm probably wrong.

    Not a bug bro, BWCV hits are energy based, and Ultron heals from energy based attacks.
