Annihilus Stifle Bug

As the title states, there's a bug with Annihillus and him placing Stifles.

As you can see here, his abilities state that whenever he place an ARMOR BREAK debuff, he also has a 100% chance to place a STIFLE debuff.

My problem is... how is this possible when the champion I use is ARMOR BREAK immune (Sasquatch)? He also placed a STIFLE on my Colossus who is ARMOR BREAK immune to all classes except TECH.

Kabam?

nobody else notice this as an issue? how can he apply a stifle if the champ is immune to armor break?
