What trash champion would go from zero to hero by adding a 0 to one ability?

I read the title wrong. How about, 200% health damage cap? That should cover it.

Diablo: activating a concoction refreshes all currently active concoctions, and concoctions gain 50% potency for every concoction currently active.

This would give Diablo a unique aggressive sort of playstyle where you can have very high uptime of the first concoctions you activate, you can refresh them up until the 4th, then you would have to let them expire, but with the increased potency and uptime he could be landing some really solid damage if you choose the attack ones first, when refreshing they would refresh with the increased potency

Add a zero to Hulk's fury. Technically, Hulk is not a dud, but I always thought that he, of all champions, should have more than just a couple furys.

i can see this would make practically any champ immediately amazing.
you would turn anything that was 100 damage per tick into 1000 damage per tick.
or 100 regen per tick to 1000 regen per tick.

maybe not, but you can make someone viable by putting a 0 on their crit rating so that they cannot crit.

Annihalus, add a 0 onto him stifle counter and his stifles last for 40 seconds instead of 4 so he can get bigger sp2’s more reliably and all the stifle stuff
