Which 5* to r2

OK. So I have a couple of rank up gems from the special objectives. I am not sure who to r2 of my 5*'s. I have 2 gems and am ok using 1, but probably want to save 1. None are duped. I haven't had the best luck with 5*'s. At r2 or higher, I have King Groot, Hype, Sabertooth, IW, Wasp, Voodoo, Blade and Killmonger (r4, duped).
