What trash champion would go from zero to hero by adding a 0 to one ability?

This does NOT include health or damage rating since that would be to general. Is there any ability that would become insanly powerful with just one extra 0.

It doesn’t by much, but OP said add a 0 not add 20 to the original number.
It would mean it’d trigger even if ability accuracy was reduced through other means as there’s no reasonable way her ability accuracy could be dropped by such a large amount.

Suppose another option would be to add the 0 to her “chance to trigger 0 to 8 effects” so it’d be 0 to 80 effects per crit.

it actually matter a lot in a few scenarios.

AAR.
if chance is 100% and someone reduces your ability accuracy by 50% then you have only 50% chance
if chance is 800% and someone reduces your ability accuracy by 50% you still have 400% chance therefore still will not fail....
Spider gwens evade at 500% chance is a perfect example of this.

His damage is still low. Block proficiency is nothing if it takes you 500 hits to finish a fight

its certainly not nothing. people complain about the block damage in act 6 being too high...
this would be a solution.
yeah the fights may be longer due to lower attack but the risk would be low cus you wouldnt need to try asnd intercept, and you could finish on 100% health by just blocking everything.
long fights but perfect results.
