I’m level 51 and I finally got my first 6* only to be disappointed

Remember the days when at level 51 you probably only had 1 or 2 4*?
I will always believe this game was healthier and tuned better when all we had were 4-stars

I honestly think that the biggest challenge this game has is tuning 5/6 stars. The gap between a 3/45 and 5/65 is, in my opinion, greater and more impactful than a 3/30 and 5/50

Numerically, it isn't. But I think this is a question of perception. When there was nothing but four stars, and it wasn't hard to get three stars, it was impossible to feel like you were very far behind. The only thing really hard to get were T4CC and rank 5. So the gap was between 4/40 and 5/50. Now, it is still not hard to get to 4/40, but it is a bit harder to get to 5/50 or 3/45, and the real end game starts at 4/55 which takes an additional jump to earn T2A. But the envy is over 6* 3/45, which means instead of being 4/40 and envying 5/50, a single rank jump, there's an entire envy ladder of 5/50, 4/55, 5/65, and 6* rank 3. And everyone wants to jump straight to 6* champs to start the path to rank 3, and everyone wants every single 6* they pull to be at least rank 2 worthy if not rank 3 worthy.

No matter what 5* and 6* champions looked like, I think it would have been almost impossible to avoid this. It isn't a question of balance, I think it is more a question of the ladder being taller, and thus people wanting to climb it faster.

That was my first one as well. I just use him in alliance wars on one of the unblockable specials nodes. My third one was ghost, so it gets better.
