Then won't you say he deleted the mail? I can delete too. That doesnt mean i didnt get them(twice) lol.

Hmm, why would he delete it? Also kabam can see his inventory and his record of opening crystals and receiving rewards so...

I can screenshot you my mailbox which doesn’t show compensation in it... but that’s because I claimed it and it is no longer in the read mail section...
