Game almost unplayable

IN GAME NAME: Lilith
DEVICE&MODEL: Nvidia shield K1
DEVICE OPERATING SYSTEM : Android 7.0
CELLULAR OR WIFI : wifi
GAME VERSION INSTALLED : v28.0
GAME MODE : AQ, AW, EQ, Incursions and Arena
DESCRIPTION OF ISSUES : Since before the Update when all the issues started, our alliance are still having major problems in the game. There are overheating issues again, this started after the last update. We are constantly getting kicked out of the game during AQ, AW, EQ, Incursions and arena.In Arena it takes your win streak off you( if your lucky enough to have one). In AQ, Aw, Incursions and EQ it takes half your health off your attacker and puts the defender back to full health, this crashing is happening every couple of fights. During 1 path in EQ it kicked me off the game 3 times, leading to each champ losing half health. Along with the general lagging and freezing issues, I feel the game is becoming almost unplayable if you want to play for longer than 5 or 10 mins at a time. I'm sure we are not the only alliance suffering with some if not all of these issues. Help in a resolution to these issues are urgently needed especially before the new war season starts.
