Cap America Iw Petrify "Still" bugged or is it the despair mastery ?? no regen reversal

Tested out cap iw in Variant
I have max despair and A Huge number of debuffs , but still the opponent is regenning

But Still Motive is to get the Bug Fixed, especially since it's been dangling for So Long
