Adding second appropriate costumes for female characters

edited August 2020 in Suggestions and Requests
There are lot’s of players who don’t use
Inappropriate female characters like angela and magik etc... , because of their inappropriate skins(clothes), so i suggest adding a second appropriate skins (mostly covered), and the players can choose between these skins.

As these new appropriate skins would benefit large number of players,
It won’t harm any player too.

Thank you.

i'm confused, what do you do if you have to fight against one of them in a quest?

Deal with it like any other champions,
But it’s still inappropriate And uncomfortable.

How about using it multi able times ?

You say it wont harm any player. But this sounds very much like oppression against women to me? Who are you to say whats appropriate to wear or not for them?

    Exactly.

    I am a humble man

It’s not oppression, just a normal opinion

    Sorry if it’s misunderstood,

How about quit playing the game and find something better to complain about. It's ok though for Namor, the Hulk's and Beast to be shirtless..... double standard...

Or better yet, if it's offends you so much, then don't use those champs. I mean really people, come on!
I don’t mean to be rude but,
You can’t compare What male characters wear and what female characters wear.

I am being polite. I'm just saying that it's blatant sexism. Nothing impolite about calling someone out.

Just because it's a different culture doesn't mean it's not a sexist one.
Like i said before it’s from different perspective.

On my culture it’s not, on your culture maybe it’s.
    And i respect that.

Yet I don't respect that. Sexism is sexism, just like racism is racism, and a whole lot of other issues. No matter what culture it is present in, it's still sexism. Yes, it's a different perspective, but it's still sexism.

Using different cultures as an argument does not change the fact that forcing women to cover up while not doing the same to men is sexism.

You can call it what you want. But women beeing told what to do or what to wear by men is indeed sexism and no one should ever stand for it
    I never asked for this.

I just suggest to add new second appropriate skin for them. That’s it

You can choose what skin you want to choose.

    What?

That's like saying "the late 1800's and early 1900's weren't a racist time, it was just different social standards". It's completely wrong. Just because it's a different culture/time doesn't excuse sexist/racist behavior.

    Not true.

If i saw a woman from my culture or maybe any culture in real life that isn’t covered very well i will advise her not force her.

Same thing. Even though you're not forcing anyone, the thought of wanting a woman to cover up is still sexist.

Well apparently not, because you're imposing double standards.
What do you mean by imposing double standards?

You're only asking for the women to be covered up. You don't have a problem with the men being half-naked, only the women. That's a double standard.

If a virtual/imaginary characters outfit offends you/your culture/your sensibilities then I have an easy solution for you.... Dont play the game
Dont enforce your own misguided views on the majority who find no issue with the outfits.

But the game overall is fine.

That why they have this forum, but people are usually in negative shape 😢 . They don’t support.
