No Access to Back Issues

I made a new account 2 days ago. I'm now level 26 and still don't have access to Back Issues. I tried closing and reopening the game but it's still not there (I haven't tried logging out and back in again yet)

    Update: Logging out and in doesn't work. Thanks to the message about Variant 5 I can access the page by finding the email and using the link, but I can't access it any other way. @MCOC Team is there a reason for this or just a bug?
