Everytime I enter lol

My games just freezes, and i one day want to try out Lol and this isn't good for me. To my knowledge this only happened to me. Pls help kabam. And it says format is not allowed so I can't show prof.

Thank you. I looked it up on youtube and found a fix. I just had to wait it out. It took 1 min -2 mim to get in fight
