Of all champions... who would you guyz choose to be the best champ for all game play modes??? Why?

Guilly 2099. Immunities, heal reversal, massive damage, power drain, armor up, sustainability and massive damage

Emma Frost when in Diamond form immune to all DOT apart from Degen.

Cap IW, I think he's got the most utility.
Only place I haven't seen him have much use is Labrynth
