new AW challenger map node 15

in Bugs and Known Issues
node 15 in challenger map (aggression armor + enhanced armor), shouldn't a well time block with Corvus remove the passive armors against IMIW?
i fought him on that node and well time block didn't remove any armor (it remove the flow so i know my block was fine). he got up to 22 armors!!
i'm quite sure that it used to work on the previous map when IMIW was the middle mini on the same node.
working as intended or bug?

    That strategy doesn't work against "Aggression:Armor" nodes.

    Corvus Glaive applies an armor break debuff on a well-timed block. For each armor effect on the opponent it will apply an additional armor break debuff.

    By nature, armor break debuffs remove armor up buffs, but not passive armor's. While you will be able to apply armor break debuffs, the passive armor's will not be removed, and will still be there.

    Some champions with a passive armor ability have an additional text on their abilities, stating that the armor will be removed if affected by an armor break debuff. Some examples are Killmonger and Iron Man (Infinity War). While you are able to remove their personal passive armor's with an armor break debuff, the same won't happen against "Agression:Armor" nodes.

    So, it's working as intended here

    as far as i remember it used to work before also vs passive buff.
    Corvus description says "armor affect"

    "Passive buffs" are not a thing in the game. Either is a buff, or a passive ability. An "effect" can include both.

    And you read it right. Corvus Glaive does apply an armor break debuff for each armor up effect on the opponent, including passive armor. But since the armor up is a passive in the first place, and not an armor up buff, it won't be removed due to an armor break debuff.

    Node for aggression armor always stays since release against armor breaks like that only passive armors from iwim actually go by armor breaks its just how effects of passives go also could mean aggression armor passives are a different kind of effect

    There are BUFFS, which are described as active abilities.
    There are other abilities which are described as PASSIVE, meaning they aren't buffs).
    For the third one, is something that doesn't apply here in this scenario, and we don't have much information on it yet
