I did it boys. In my opinion, this is the perfect run. No hits taken, 1 combo, fight until I time out. If this doesn’t get me the qualify, nothing ever will. @Kabam Miike I don’t know if you’re responsible of the qualifiers, but I’d appreciate if you take suicides into consideration when you decide who’s the best.

How do you do that in a measurable way? I cannot personally think of an alternative than a damage sponge, where you just have a billion hps and whoever does the most damage wins, you would still need a timer to judge ties though.
Hits taken judge ties well enough. After that, yes, time is the next best thing. But time is so very rng dependent aka not very fair. Don’t you agree? What if the Surfer decides he won’t throw the special? Sure you can try again to improve your time, but the rng is still there. When your competition is more rng than skill it’s not fair.

Hits taken is the literal definition of RNG, you don't periodically crit. It's all probability.

Has anyone tried Human Torch? He can build smoulders from blocking sp1. Real damage will only start min 5 but could be potentially huge.

ive been ranking him since yesterday to try him, but you can start in nova form and be in it for the entire fight so not as important.

Also don't rant about it too much . I don't have suicides unlocked , I'm being a sport and sitting it out . I know it's unfair but that's just life. Not everything is fair nor is it meant to be fair .

and the tie breaker for that? you have to stack tie breaker after tie breaker to avoid times.

I’d love to see all the people disagreeing share their no suicides runs, but that’s beside the point. I want to show kabam that they’ve done a mistake by allowing masteries like suicides inside the competition. From my perspective they are an unfair advantage that hinder me for example and many others from even having a shot at qualifying.
Rules are rules, you either get with them or you just sit by and watch.

So far it appears the only rules are:
Super thick roster and tons of resources
And super whale with tons of units for masteries.

This thread is awful, just a few people bickering like little children. Let it go guys. The use of suicides is an unfair advantage for some. Had op had suicides, he would probably have gotten a qualifying time, but many people who have suicides will place better. Doesn’t make op bad at the game, he just has the odds against him.

Some champs are better with suicides, some are better without suicides. Allowing players to choose what champ and mastery setup they want is as fair as it gets imo. I won’t try much because of work but that’s not kabam’s fault.

you can get masteries free, you have to run arena, or save up units, but they dont require money.
