Captain America infinity war was supposed to get power gain from power draw node but he wasn't getting the power gain I don't know if this is a bug or node interaction

    Could be due to his sp1 having a -100% ability accuracy

    Power draw is basically useless unless you plan to get hit. 10% isn’t enough to make a difference in parry Since it defensive combat power rate
    [edit I see what you mean now, it’s DAA from kinetic charges

    This could be the case but it also makes a little less viable for the fight then 😓
