Precision or Cruelty?

Just realised that I've enough units to unlock of them, which one should I unlock before?

I think I went for precision first

Precision as it will help you crit more

Then Cruelty to make those crits hit harder

precision as, it does not matter if you crit hard if you don't crit at all.

I had both maxed for a long time. Then I read something about diminishing returns now i run them at 4/5 to free up 2 extra mastery points and i havent really noticed a difference

I dont run any of those yet I just jumped to extra stun, will power, and glass cannon

Agree with others saying Precision first. But also that, long term, it's not really worth maxing them since the benefits were switched to flat values - 4/5 or even arguably 3/5 are all you need, being able to use those mastery points elsewhere.
