Which champions have a more powerful SP2 than SP3?

From my experience, these are some of them:

- Captain America (Infinity War)
He has a great SP3 as well, but his SP2 is out of this world when done right.

- Vision (Aarkus)
His SP3 isn't particulary powerful, but his SP2 usually makes up for it.

- Blade
As adequate as his SP3 might be, his SP2 does more damage.

- Symbiote Supreme
Only a decent SP2, but still better than the weak SP3.

- Guardian
Good SP3, but the SP2 is more powerful.

Which ones have i forgotten?

    Captain Marvel, Blade and Sunspot are my top champions almost without sp3

    Most people’s sp2 is going to deal more damage especially if it crits.

    Especially with the newer champs however some have additional utility on their sp3 which will in turn make the champ better for the rest of the fight

    the sp3 is Symbiote Supreme’s most useful tool. It actives every mode, meaning you can start applying staggers and gaining more power quicker. It also gives the bleeds.
    This. Sym Sup is pretty much useless without it.

    and Guardian, depending upon fight length, needs the sp3 to get lots of charges

    i'd say i disagree with Symbiote Surpreme and Aarkus ... both of their SP3's are really essential and are more valuable to activate than their SP2 alone ... so their SP3 > SP2 because with Sym specifically he melts everyone after an SP3 because it unleashes all of his blessings.

    Almost everyone's SP2 is stronger than SP3. Kitty's SP2 when phased at 20+ prowess. Ghost after phase.
    Corvus Glaive. Hyperion. SMSE. Usually if an SP3 is needed it's to trigger something else, but not the SP3 itself. (SpiderHam, Killmonger, etc.)
    In fact it would be easier to list the exceptions. Proxima, Kamala, anyone else?
