The soul counter from her sp3 gets decreased from suicides, making it pretty hard to capture the soul. Is this intended?

    Yes, whenever she has DOT her counter gradually decreases.

    The counter reduces while she's taking damage and increases when she's dealing them so you have to be aggressive and do a lot of damage. I don't think it matters how much damage you're taking, the counter decreases either way.
    Using the NF/Deadpool synergy will allow you to purify the suicide Dot and make her ramp up easier

    It’s intended, makes her a nightmare to ramp with suicides unless you run nick and dpxf
