Issues with Quake?

Anyone else having issues with Quake? I've gone through 5 different fights, a couple of them in AW, and she's getting plowed while heavy charging / failure to evade. Plenty of health, no weird node interactions, same thing happened in several different instances. She's one of my go-to champs for all sorts of content, but her failure to function properly has me freaked out. Has this happened to anyone else?
