I can't see 5star shards arena. I have completed act 3,is this a bug?
I think you have to be uncollected to get the 5* shard arena

But here it is written that you should have completed act 3

Apparently I didn't read that, in this case you should probably file a ticket and have Kabam take a look at it

The quality control department at Kabam have once again failed abysmally to do their job properly. This happens too frequently and is I feel symptomatic of poor management.

It seems to have been rectified now but a message alerting players to the fault and the fix should have been sent out or at the very least posted here on the forums.

Will the bonus points be applied to the points already accumulated?

Agreed. It's definitely fixed, but some acknowledgement that there was an issue would be nice.

Of course your specific situation doesn't concern me because I'm not affected by it. I'm pretty sure the recent topic with people doing the showdown before it was nerfed used this line - it's your fault for rushing in straight away.
