Aarkus vs Surfer?

To any of those who competed in the Summoner Showdown, did anybody try to use Aarkus vs Surfer?

no because that is a horrible matchup due to energy adoption ice, when their is a coldsnap on the defender they start to regen alot, 1% health per second I believe.

Ultimatheory

I tried a couple times before deeming it not viable. It takes about a minute to build up to the point where you can heal block him from Despair. After that the only significant damage came from Petrify when you stunned him which wasn’t extremely significant. It came out to being much slower than my Medusa runs.

Main problem is the damage output. And knocking down Surfer makes him take forever to get back up. Without his synergies Colossus damage output feels a bunch weaker, especially the OR synergy.
