is 28.1 gonna fix game freeze in AQ/LOL/ACT6?

I would be really pained and disappointed, if it doesn't,I have had to play the whole month without an alliance because of this issue and I have been waiting since forever for this new update in hopes that the issue would get fixed and I can return to my alliance

Exactly the same as it was before, cant even complete a full path or a few fights in arena without been kicked out the game or it freezing .
