Can we please do rank down tickets again ... there's a bunch of champs that getting the t4 basic back would help ... at least incorporate 1 per quest completion or something ...

We've answered this in other threads before, but I can answer this here as well, in case there's anyone new to the forums. We don't plan on issuing rank down tickets unless changes are made to a character in such a way that they no longer function the way they used to. Since this question has been answered, this thread will now be closed.
