Would ranking up a duped 4* Red Magneto be helpful for Act 5 and above content?

Yes I am currently using him for act 5 Ultron makes him very easy and also he can help in some other temporary events like boss rushes as there are many metal champions

Said no because your question hinted at act 6 use, in which he will be unavailable to you. For variants and act 5, though, yeah- he’ll be helpful if you don’t have any 5*s more worthy of the resources.
