Here's my list and reasoning. Not all the best champs but all besides Juggernaut are best in the game at something.

1. Aegon (at full combo, no one else comes close)
2. CapIW (block proficiency satisfaction)
3. Phoenix (so fluid and so fun to watch all that regen)
4. Venom (a savage!)
5. Gwenpool (great animations)
6. BWCV (everything!)
7. Medusa (shattering robots)
8. CMM (quickly kill anything)
9. Killmonger (tanking specials)
10. Juggernaut (in arena you just keep hitting and don't block)
