Magneto's abilities seem to be bugged

I've noticed that when fighting a #metal champion that 70% ability reduction seems more like lower 50%. Also isn't Magneto supposed to heal up like Omega Red when a bleed debuff is on you. I currently run full suicides and my 6star Magneto doesnt heal up similar to Omega red or Corvus. I dont know. I currently ranked 2/35 him and I'm kinda regretting it.

    He won't heal like Omega, because of the poision debuff, and he wont "quite" heal like corvus, because corvus is full immune to bleed yet still has the debuff. Hope that helps. But id imagine, yes he should be healing.
