PLATINUM JONES' Key Selector Target

Hoping someone can help me on this thread and I'm not too late. I contacted support already but just to make sure I'm not crazy, when you get the locker selection you get an option between tier 2/3/4 correct? I accidentally chose tier 2 mutant of course wanted legendary. Can someone please confirm that when i claimed the locker I could choose between the tiers? Thank you much.

Yes you can chose between tiers, file a ticket and politely ask them to change your key.
Only support can help you now.

I appreciate it! I shot a ticket in so hopefully they are able to swap it. Obviously don't pay attention to what I'm doing most of the time lol

So what does the tier three key that I selected do for me? Also for the tiers 1-4 how do I know which one I am, my team rating is 12k and I selected tier 3 was that a mistake?
