How many revives should I use for this

I am in act5.2.5 and have 5/50 nick dupe, 5/50 bwcv, 4/40doom, 4/40venom and 4/40 g2099.
How many revives will be needed if I am not super skilled .
I did act5.2.4 with 3 revives. Also I have 2000 units.

Probably 5 revives depending on the path you take.
