Apocalypse is a dud

After watching the deep dive, I can see that his damage is absolute trash and his utility is just above average. The only thing that's making him a champion to use in one's team is his synergies. He's mainly a defensive champion. He's basically a newer version of The Champion.

Same thing with the professor x deep dive, the damage wasn't too eye popping but once the CCP players got a hold of him they dished out amazing damage with proff X.

Remember when everybody thought Corvus Glaive was going to be useless? Or when everybody hated Ghost? Did you know that Dr Voodoo was one of the worst received Champions ever? Doctor Octopus didn't get his time in the sun until much later than his release.

Give it time, and remember that there's a lot more to Champions than just their big yellow numbers.

Corvus still has the record for the lowest 5* featured arena cutoff, sub 15 million. Crazy!

That's true, but for someone who is mainly ftp like me, it takes many months to get my hands on a champion unless I can get them as a 2 or 3 star from Marvel Insider, which isn't available this month. So I'm gonna have to rely on the CCP for this one.

I Grind every new 3*, at least any I can spare the time for. For this very reason. They're easy to Sig, and I get to play with them. With my Roster, it's not hard at all, and I can squeeze it out in a day if I'm pressed for time. Even after 5 years, I'm still doing this. Bit of an OCD thing really, but it's helpful.
