    Unrestrict 4 star champions but restrict anything less in Act 6!
    It is fine for this system to be implemented in Act 7 but Act 6 was just to early for their power levels to be completely ignored!

    bruh the dumb restrictions not only limit the champs you can use but also limit your synergies and for some champs synergies are very important
