What to do with Omega Red?

Hey all! So I know this is a "problem" allot of people would love to have, and this is not at all a brag post, just really need advice!

I just finished act 5 two days ago and got this guy from the basic 5* crystal it gives you for completion. I know he is one of the very best champs in the game and allot of players are DYING for him, but I've never used him. Don't get me wrong, I was super happy to get him, but he was not at all a champ I was targeting for two reasons: 1) I don't run suicides 2) I love colossus and was planning to use a mutant ag on him if I get it from summoner appreciation.

Right when I got omega I took him to r3 and he seems fun to use but I know he doesn't reach his potential without awakening, high sig, and suicides. I love that he has a great synergy with colossus and that is all I use him for right now, but I wanted to ask the forum what I should do with him? Is he good enough to use without awakening, high sig or suicides? Is he SO good even without suicides to prioritize him over colossus for ag and sig stones if I get mutant or naturally awaken them? I am tempted to get suicides because of him and warlock (just pulled him yesterday!), but I really love doom colossus and venom and none of them are suicide friendly and I hate the thought of recoil damage so I don't think I will go that route for now. I attached pictures of my roster (just my 5*s and 6*s because 4*s don't help in act 6) hope they help.

Also- any tips on playing him would be GREATLY appreciated! Any kind of rotation or focus I should have while playing him?

Again, please don't think this is a brag post I just genuinely don't know how to use him. Thanks for your help!

    Leave him at r3 and only use him for synergies
    not necessarily the option I chose, but that was the closest. I'd focus on colossus over omega, because omega needs sigs whereas colossus is fine without, but still greatly benefits from dupe. omega's utility is still there, so you can use him for fights like Korg and electro, but colossus will be more helpful overall

    The way I see it, team him with Colossus and ST, and use him along with the others. That’s a pretty good base team. Do Colossus first.

    I know he won't be nearly as good without suicides and high sig but do you guys think he's still worth r4 or wait to see if I naturally dupe him even prioritizing colossus? My thought process is that he's probably going to be in my lineup regardless because of the synergy so I might want him to be higher rank but t2a are still rare to me

    RAP! YOU GOT A SECOND 6* BEFORE ME? (It's MçDòñáłdš from your friends' list :D). Also, I think omega needs awakening, but you should go for colossus. Omega after colossus tho. Colossus is just a freight rocket. Not a train, a rocket. Insane damage output, but don't count out OR. If you get another gem, use it on Omega guaranteed
    HEY MAN! Haha idk how I didn't connect you to the mcdonald in my friends list but that's awesome! But ya I just got my second 6* yesterday and SUPER happy with warlock! I used to use my 4* warlock with you in incursions when he was like my highest rated guy, we've both come along way since then haha
    Ya I think I'm with you on that! I am going to keep going with mutant/skill dual class crystals and hopefully I can naturally dupe them there!

    You got a 6* Warlock! You should easily do V3 with him if you have not as he is one of the best options. It's an easy thing if you haven't as he's overpowered. I'd watch a Seatin vid or a YouTuber vid on it, and if there's something a bit difficult/tricky send me a dm in game mate. I've been ranking up more 4* champs and haven't even thought of 5*s lol.     Half of this guys roster is beyond Of tier. There are people with 20 6 stars and all memes. You're telling me OP isn't lucky?
    I've really liked my recent pulls (for the record I got doom out of the incursions crystal), but my early ones sucked. I think my 3rd and 4th 5* basic crystals were og bp and then og bp back to back haha
    But ya you're both right, super split on the 6*s because iron patriot is trash but I'd much rather have one trash one amazing than two mediocre. Overall super happy with my roster so far

    i think he might be worth r4 depending on your other 5* options. I would do venom, magik, and voodoo if duped over omega.

    Prioritise Colossus for awakening and rank up, but Omega should follow close behind.

    As for how to play, particularly without suicides: Parry & Heavy to get the degen on them, delay the heavy as long as possible to maximise the spores from proximity - the degen from his heavy makes the spores stay on longer. Stay on the attack, reapply the degen when it runs out and stay close to keep the spores on. Push for his L2 to activate the death field.
