    Havoc Has the biggest damage potentiel on sp3 with nothing to pair him with and fast to reach and against everyone

    havoks sp3 is probably easier to get on most in this thread, and the damage is good, but there are many who can beat it

    Seatin himself calculated it as around one million Special attack 3 damage

    I think people hate magneto because they think he is not really intriguing as they believe he is mainly about big numbers

    Pretty sure the cap is around 2 billion (due to 32 bits? Idk, I'm not well versed in tech stuff.) but yeah she does have the highest potential Sp3 that I know of.

    Fully agree. There are some others that are higher and that's been proven but the easiest and most common one you could pull off probably would be Havok.
