I am currently clearing act 4

He's not a terrible champ, his heavy attacks cause heal block and an sp1 can extend the heal block for a longer period. Also his sp2 has a pretty good power gain and I think he gains resistance to bleed with the more armor buffs he has on him.

He definitely not one of the best champs, but he has his uses and for early content like Act 4 I'm sure he could help you out. Rank two worthy for sure maybe not so much after that.

Focus on Doom and BWDO. You better spend your resources on G2099, Blade, Iceman, Medusa and Sunspot. CW is just good enough for the scrap yard.
