Regarding Platinum pool pieces

Guys I have 4 pieces of platinum pool( the pieces bracketed in below image).
Now luckily the last piece I need the right arm of him which i can get from this summoner sigil ... But I cannot afford summoner sigil right now. Please tell me will i be able to get that piece any time in the future without getting lucky in those crstal.

    They kinda mentioned there will be various way to get all the pieces. It will probably show up at some point again in another event

    Any thoughts which offer will come next for the remaining pieces? I know there is supposed to be a unit offer and a login offer.
