Is 3 mil enough for the 5 featured Arena?

Is it enough to get into the 31-60% rank? I need 500 5*shards and I was wondering if I could get them from here

The last 3 times I did the arena (last 3 rounds) it was enough to score 3m.
But I have also missed it a couple of times with that score.
