Thoughts on Punisher 2099 Buff?

A question about the buff: Punisher 2099's synergy with Red Skull increases his debuff duration by 60%. Does this also effect parry stun?

2099 versions are stronger than any ordinary champs... I expect some immunities at least poison or bleed reduction... But here all the things are based on battery.... Lol....He needs a little buff... Just few... With this numbers up...

Dang.... I came here looking for @KDSuperFlash10 to tell us how bad it is without seeing it first.
Is that attitude or comment really helpful or necessary? There's no reason to talk bad about him on this thread, especially since he hasn't even commented on it yet.

That's his attitude on every single post for years on here. Complaining about complainers. This forum has become so toxic and people aren't even able to post their opinion for Kabam to read without getting 2-3 of the same people jumping on them and being nasty. I used to frequent a lot more on here but until the moderators add a block button, these users make it so less people want to interact on here. I know of quite a few people who just gave up giving feedback to Kabam through this forum because of the atmosphere allowed to fester. Kinda sad.
