I agree with the compensation not being consumables..money buys units and units buys revives...not sure how giving us back revives is compensation to those who have 100 percent act 6 and had to deal with a blocked hit taking 30 percent health

It was a choice made by you to ignore the July 4 deals. If you did not know about the nerf, that means you could have done that content even after you got the July 4 deals. Makes no sense to award anything other than revives and potions since that is what we spend to do content. If you have done everything in the game, then nothing can satisfy you.
Based on the Champion compensation, the amount of revives and potions they should give are too many and they expire in short time, so I think units are the best choice.

Exactly. Pulyaman's opinion is exactly what I mean about needing a sense of perspective. It's wilful ignorance, probably just people who've not done the content before the nerf and want their lower efforts rewarded equally.
If we can't get units back or something other than consumables for the nerf, then it sets a black mark against Kabam and a real flag for completing end game content in the future.
I would be very surprised if it’s anything other than consumables, whether you spent units or not or clear the content. Ultimately those units went towards consumables so consumables is what we’ll get.
Maybe we’ll get a few token shards/refills etc. but I wouldn’t hold your breath.
My ideal solution would be a compensation store where we are given X credit based on what was completed pre-nerf and we can buy revives/potions from there as and when we need them but I suppose that’s unlikely.

I agree that people who have 100% act 6 should get compensation beyond revives/potions etc. However. I think if there is also completion compensation, it should consist of revives/potions etc. I only completed act 6, but that seems to most fair.

I disagree with the poor form. They have stated many times that compensation won't be a thing until all of the nerfs are out and that they are still figuring out how it will be done. The don't need to tell anyone about what will be given as comp. No matter what they say or do anyways, on the day it happens the forums will be ripe with anger about it most likely. It's better to just wait it out at this point.

What exactly do you think compensation means? It means to give back items that you spent that would otherwise would not been used. What did you use? Energy refills, revives, potions. I would love to know how anything other than the things I stated would have gotten you through Champion boss pre-nerf. I understand the frustration in seeing items expire. But that does not in any way mean compensation has to be in anything other than consumables. May be they could give a special type of revive and potion does not expire, would that satisfy you?

Glad to see everyone is being reasonable...
The next round of compensation will likely be similar to the one we received for the 6.2 Champion fight - boosts, revives, and potions. In all honesty I can’t see them issuing a chunk of units this close to Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
It would definitely be nice to receive these consumables in way that makes them exempt from expiration, but it’s not something I have high hopes for.
I’ve currently still got 2 more paths left of the Abyss, so I’ll make good use of them either way. My first 3 paths have been entirely unitless, and the extra boosts and consumables will go a long way in ensuring that the last 2 paths are similarly cost-effective.

People had actually burnt 3k units alone on 6.2 without even clearing him but what they got consumables which gonna expire.

I find it funny that when people suck at a fight, they are deserved more compensation. If I spent an Odin on 1 path of Act 6, I'd probably just retire. That's just stupid. Even before The Champion 6.2 nerf, easy path shouldn't have taken 3k units to clear.

I'm not complaining I'm owed compensation. There's a huge difference. Not everyone has all content done so consumables don't matter to them. We're not all in the same boat. You yourself said act 6 was heavily nerfed and is a joke now so I fail to see your issue here.
