Network connection issue [Merged Thread]

If you're experiencing the log in bug and you have a VPN active, try disabling it. I've been having trouble logging in for 2 days and just now tried disabling my VPN. I can log in as normal without it.

Maybe it's not a fix for everyone, but it might help some people

It helped for me, but it does mean shutting down my firewall. I had no issues with this before.

i am using infinix note 7 and facing this issue..plz fix it quickly as it ruins mood to play game. i even tried reinstalling game but it still didnt work.. actuall problem is that when i open game it shows network error for 5 mins then game starts...it was not happening before..even though i have a stable network connection it still shows error

Hey everyone this is my first time posting. I just updated my game in preparation for the new event an this happened to me. Why has this happened, and has anyone else experience this. Please help, I've tried deleting and redownloaded the game but it still happens. Thanks in advance.

I use an iPad pro and have random network connection issues frequently on top of the game shutting down randomly as well.

I've been having this problem, as have many others. I realised today that if I disabled my VPN the game ran as normal. If you have a VPN active, try disabling it

My game is struck on loading screen and showing the wifi sign whereas my internet speed is 10 mb/s. I tried every thing even uninstalling and then downloading it from play store. But it is struck on the initial screen.
