    Looking at past cutoffs, it is likely that Mephisto will break the record of the highest cutoff for any 4* featured so far, due to the fact that he is not only badass in appearance, but he is also really powerful because he's a mystic, immune to coldsnap, has the new persistent abilities, etc.

    I say 18m would be the cutoff, but it could definitely be higher so if you are aiming for him, I suggest just going all out and not trying to just make the cutoff.

    Some people will take an a advantage, even just for a week. Every little bit adds up and gets you further ahead over time. 6* aren't here yet, Mephisto is. He will help with diversity and rating until he doesn't and that's all the top end care about.
