  Yes i am used to that but this time
  My team rating was 24k and opponents 3 options were 60 63 and 72k.

  The explanation made no sense. To make it eliminate death matches they ended up killing infinite streaks? With what? Yep, death matches... I was getting matched with champions 2 ranks higher all day long. 6k PI matched to 11k PI opponents. Yeah... less than 2x but what’s the difference?
