White magneto passive stun pre fight ability doesnt work

Hi, so i took my 6* r1 white magneto to AQ map 4 and put the pre fight ability on doom but the passive stun doesnt trigger. I tried parrying doom a couple of times, i just get the parry tag on the left but no passive stun. Is anyone else suffering this issue?
