How Good is Punisher 2099(buffed)

I recently opened my 5 * hero crystal and got Punisher 2099. In the new update he has been given some buffs, so I just wanna know if he is actually like Mysterio now or still trash.

    Not as good as Mysterio IMHO. I just dupped my 6* and he is fun with CapIW on the team. He is much improved.

    Tech champs that are easily better than him:
    Ghost, Worlock, Sentinel, Sparky, Mysterio, Guardian, G99

    Tech champs that are in his range:
    SL, DH, Doc Ock, IMIW
