Invites to alliance

I remember when I first started playing, I got rid of some of the warning pop ups (whenever you clicked something and it asks “are you sure”), before I realized they were actually helpful. However, I can’t remember if the “invite to alliance” had one. Did it have one and if so, is there anyway to reset the pop ups so I can start getting them again? If they don’t have it, they really need one...these options are so close to each other, it’s not difficult, at all, to hit the wrong option.
