What's wrong with Bluestacks? (noob here)

I honestly don't know as I don't run it. Any insight on why it's wrong? I'm not gonna use it just curious

Bluestacks is against TOS because it can be used to modify the game files.

Don't use emulators, it's against the rules. If you use an emulator, you'll be banned.

What I don't get is how one you play on it. So you sign gestures to each button? So you just use your mouse to tap the screen?

Not always.
I wanted to run MCOC on it when my phone spoilt before I learned it was against TOS. Not everyone can replace a phone in days or hours. Mine took over a month.
I still run games like COD mobile on an emulator because of the widescreen and superiority of mouse + keyboard.
MCOC would be difficult in an emulator though.
