Act 5 Chapter 3 Exploration Missing Key

I have 100% every other quest in Act 5 Chapter 3 and I only have one path left in 5.3.4 but it's blocked off by a mytic key. I should have a mystic key but I don't. Are there any fixes for this?

Did you accidentally re-run one of your other already-completed paths that originally had needed a Mystic key ?
Re-running quests (unfortunately) require you to use another key for it, but it doesn’t actually show the gate there anymore, so you may not even know you're using another key.
(*most ppl will notice it when they are totally done and then re-running, as they don’t have ANY more keys yet are blocked).

You can request help from Kabam Support Ticket, and if they see you indeed had earned all the keys already they can provide you with more.

Or, see chart below, just to make sure you have grabbed all of them already...

I reran one of the paths in 5.3.6 which required a mystic key so that makes sense, thank you very much for the informarion. I sent a ticket to kabam and hopefully they give me a key. I wasn't aware that rerunning a path would consume a key.
