Issue: Game crashes almost every time I try to play. Has crashed up to 5 times in one day. This has happened to me in AQ and EQ. Very frustrating as this means I can’t play for longer than a certain amount of time without a game crash.

The game randomly crashes while running arenas, quests, viewing inventory.

Phone is getting hot too I remember this happening before almost destroyed my phone. Kabam take some of that 100 mil you made this year and get some new servers because this makes this game become very unplayable. Maybe slow down the content production and work on making the game actually playable.

Update: game is now crashing every 5 minutes, making it virtually unplayable for me. Come on, this is super annoying.

I dont know if you'll even pay attention to this, but am i the only one whos not getting the MONSTER AND HUNTERS CRYSTAL SHARDS? The game says i have like 30 000 shards os crystal but it is no where to find. Im playing this game for almost 5 years, please dont do this to me. 🥺
Crystals are in the store under soul at the bottom. You have 2 different crystals to choose from.

I crash the game after 3-5 fights, often before the game crashes, there are lags and the game jerks and then closes. All these problems come periodically, quantifying in about 10-20 minutes every time. It happen with all characters, missions and play moments.

I did my first legends run yesterday and the game crashed more than 15 times and i’ve lost too much time to get the legend title. I hope you keeps this in mind and i hope you will increase the legend members as you did before when real problems occured. It will be nice to have a feedback from the admins because i see everything but aswers from them
Game keep crashing after 2 weeks and the update V28.2.2 the bug still standing, any compensation ? will we have to wait for the next major update like in March 2018 ?

Few hours ago i did my legend run for monthly event quest and the crushed more than 4 times, completely exits the game with no warning and I have lost too much time to get legend title!
My device is iPhone X, I use WiFi connection to play, it is pretty fast. I haven’t had too many problems but my game did get crashed in the middle of arena matches a few times, I also experienced lags in the middle of fights in all modes that I had never experienced until the last update.
Will have random game crashes (game suddenly quits to main ios screen). Reopening the MCOC app goes through the standard Kabam and Marvel logos.
Game crashes typically occur in Arena, where after a few rounds, I select my next group of champions, choose which champions to fight against and hit the button, then it crashes. On restart, will usually see the option to continue the arena fight.
I have also had the crash happen to me in Alliance Quest one or two times, but in that case, upon restart, I can't continue the fight and my champion has 50% less healt.

Dear kabam team there is a bug in aw when I pressed the fight button then it throw me out and when I open war again I see my champ is half health and it count as 1 kill because of this bug My resources were wasted and there is another bug in aw I clicked on path 3 but it takes me to path 1 because of this glitch me and our alliance is suffuring please fix this issue ASAP I also have a video.

Game has been randomly crashing since the last update and the crashing is becoming more and more frequent.
Iphone 6 constant crashes.
Recently I have been crashing everytime I face thing on his sp1 super frustrating as I can not longer fight this champion.
