Master quest exploration special offer?

Can anyone help me out with what exactly the master exploration special offer is?

I’m currently in 5* shard saving mode and want to make sure before I fully explore the last quest that I have enough units saved to purchase the offer.

This pic was the heroic offer I purchased.

I would greatly appreciate any help.

    Check Seatin's streams doing Master mode. You might find the answer in there. I haven't touched Master mode as yet so I can't help, but that Heroic bundle did look very tempting.
